Home Care Agency/ DME/HME is looking for a Marketing/Community Relations person to be part of our wonderful team. We are seeking motivated team members that want to make a significant difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsible for managing all aspects of organization marketing establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources responding to customer requests and concerns, negotiating service contracts with managed care organizations government agencies, and other payers.
Job Title/Position: Marketing Liaison- PRN Remote Contract
Reports to: Administrator
Position Summary:
Primary function is to act as liaison between Agency and the community regarding community and customer needs. Responsibilities include development and promotion of home health programs and services while maintaining the standards of practice consistent with quality health care and maximizing human, financial and equipment resources.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Patient Care:

1) Achieve monthly personal production goals and meet/exceed minimum admit quotas for assigned locations(s) per home health and/or hospice compensation plan expectations
2) Successfully executes weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategies to increase market share through key account development including prospecting/diversification and call frequency/routing
3) Plans activities to maximize territory coverage for both existing and prospective accounts
4) Meets/exceeds minimum daily/weekly call volumes/activity levels with key accounts/contacts to maintain and grow an active CRM pipeline and manage consistent referral development
5) Executes professional and effective sales calls that identify and meet the needs of the referral community, clearly communicating the features and benefits of Advanced Home Health/Advanced Hospice.
6) Works closely with all administrative staff to drive a vision of growth by focusing every team member on the needs and expectations of the referral community and patients
7) Maintains knowledge of the features and benefits of the services provided by Excel in Home Health companies, namely Advanced Home Health and Hospice, industry awareness, regulatory compliance and business trends affecting the agency and our business partners.
8) Exhibits a wise stewardship of the company’s financial resources by projecting an ROI for monies spent and managing expenditures to a Sales and Marketing budget

Communication:
1) Professionally articulates competitive advantages, specialty programs, agency initiatives and Medicare guidelines, while differentiating and promoting agency deliverables from those of the competition
2) Educates the medical community about the services of our organization through effective sales calls and in-services training/outreach with the appropriate tools, resources and collateral Physicians
3) Completes sales administration duties and communicates in a consistently timely and accurate manner
